سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

 

 

       1 - سياسة الفترة الزمنية لإستبدال أو إسترجاع المشتريات :

 - الإستبدال والإسترجاع خلال 15 يوماً من تاريخ الشراء . ​



2 - سياسة إستبدال أو إسترجاع المشتريات :

 - تنطبق هذه السياسة على ان يكون المنتج بحالته الاصلية و لم يتم استخدامه , وعليه كافة البطاقات الملصقة غير منزوعة وغير متضررة وان تكون مغلفة بالغلاف الأصلي .
 - يلزم عند الإسترجاع إعادة جميع الاكسسوارات والادوات المستلمة مع المنتج عند الشراء في عبوتها الاصلية .
 - المنتجات التي تم فتحها ويوجد بها عيب مصنعي يمكن استبدالها فقط بنفس الصنف شرط ان يقوم العميل بتسليمها بنفسه الى أحد الفروع .
 - يجب إرفاق فاتورة الشراء الاصلية عند بدء إجراءات استبدال اواسترجاع المنتجات . 
 - للعميل الخيار بإسترجاع قيمة مشترياته أو إستبدالها بمنتج اخر .
 - لإسترجاع قيمة المشتريات التي تمت بواسطة البطاقاة الإتمانية اوالتحويلات البنكية ، سيتم إسترجاع المبلغ من خلال الحساب المصرفي للعميل وذلك خلال ( 14 ) يوم عمل وعلى العميل متابعة إجراءات السداد من خلال فرع البنك الذي يتعامل معه . 
 - يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن في حال الإستبدال أو الإسترجاع .



 3 - الإستثناءات التي لا تغطيها سياسة الإستبدال والإسترجاع :
 
 - الاعطال والاضرار الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام .
 - عدم مطابقة الكرتون الاصلي للمنتج الالوان اواي مظهرمغاير مقارنة مع المنتج عند استلامه خلال عملية الشراء وكما هو مدون في فاتورة الشراء .
 - المنتجات التي تم تغليفها حراريا و تم إزالة التغليف بعد عملية الشراء .
 - المنتجات التي تم تركيبها وفكها بعد عملية الشراء .
 - الكتب.
 - الأقلام والألوان.
 - جميع المنتجات الرملية والمعاجين والألعاب الهلامية .



 4 - احكام و شروط اخرى : 

 - نحن غير مسؤولين عن ضياع إي بيانات تخص العميل خلال عملية الإسترجاع والإستبدال .

-          THE CUSTOMER CAN RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE ITEM WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASING.

-          This policy applies to that the product in its original condition and packaging, and not used at all and bearing all the labels not removed nor damaged.

-          Upon return, it is necessary to return all accessories and tools received with the product upon purchase in its original package.

-          Products that have been opened and have a factory defect can be replaced with an item from the same category in the condition that the customer delivers it by himself to one of the branches.

-          The original purchase invoice must be attached when starting the exchange or return procedures

-          The customer has the option to retrieve the value of his purchases or exchange it for another product according to the customer’s choice.

-          Retrieving the value of purchases made by credit cards or bank transfers. The amount will be retrieved through the customer’s bank account within fourteen (14) working days, or the customer must follow up the payment procedures through the bank branch he deals with

-          The customer shall bear the shipping costs in case of exchange or return

3-      Exclusions that are not covered by the return and exchange policy :

-          Faults and damages resulting from misuse .

-          The original carton of the product does not match the colors or any other appearance compared to the product when it was received during the purchase process and as stated in the purchase invoice.

-          Products that have been thermally wrapped and the packaging removed after the purchase.

-          Products installed and disassembled after the purchase.

-          Books.

-          Pens and colours.

-          All sand products, pastes, and gel-based toys.

4-      Other terms and conditions :

-          it is not our responsibility if there is a loss of any customer data during the exchange or return process.
